Facebook Eyes

In this shoot I wanted to combine the Facebook logo with the body, in this case I wanted to put the eyes and the famous logo together. In order to do this I conducted a basic studio shoot and then after I edited the logo into the eyes and added emphasis onto them using colour and spotlight effects. In this shoot I wanted to show how social networks like Facebook are becoming a growing part of us and entering our lives more and more. Also we see this logo through our eyes so it is a contrast to show our eyes shining with this logo. 

Animation

In this shoot I wanted to create an animation showing how much people are addicted to using their mobile phones, wherever people go they are constantly on their mobiles. I wanted to show this by attempting to keep the mobile and hand in the same places in every image and then changing the background behind it. I think this shoot went well and has helped develop my ideas for my exam.

Forest shoot.

In this shoot I wanted to show technology and nature together because they are both different concepts, I wanted to show how both the objects and background stood apart from each other. Through doing this shoot I have developed some ideas for my exam where I will incorporate concepts from this shoot and concepts from other shoots. For example I might continue to show social networks as a drug but picture it in a natural environment to show a contrast.

In todays lesson I will be finishing off my work record from my previous animation shoot, I will also be  updating my blog and adding my final animation piece. Also if I get time I will be doing a studio shoot, however I may continue with this in my next lesson.

Target 19/03/2013

In todays lesson I will be editing the images from my previous shoot in the woods, once I have done this I will then move onto completing my work record for this shoot. And finally if I have time I will do a small experimental shoot where I will explore options for my exam.

Target

TARGET: By the end of the lesson you should have a deeper understanding of your chosen topic, which will allow you to develop, and evaluate your growing plans for your exam.

In this lesson I plan to - 

- Do a studio shoot where I will explore deeper a concept of technology addiction which I first experimented with on a home shoot previously. I am going to use lots of wires to show how our lives have become covered and suffocated in technology and therefore social media. 
- I will then edit my images on photoshop and hopefully achieve several images which represent my technology concept.
- I am then going to complete my work records for my previous experiment shoot and todays studio shoot.

In todays lesson I will  be completing the last parts of my progress check where I will be adding too my image bank, research log and definition. Then I will continue editing the images from my previous shoot where I looked at creating the perfect profile.
